I bet this guy is surfing in LA county.  A gas mask as haz-mat suit is about the only way to go when surfing anywhere near the City of Angels...

 

I paddled out at Venice beach once and not only did I get hit in the head by a tank of nuclear waste, but I got dropped in on by a dude with three eyes and five arms.

 

That was a rough day.
