This astronaught either just dropped acid, or is heading into that weird color changing void that appeared in 2001: A Space Odyssey.
At the end of this, he's gonna see himself getting older and older and older. I always thought that guy in the movie got off alright... he aged decently.
Imagine if that happened to you, and the first step in, you had gained like 50 pounds. It's much more depressing to see yourself get fat and old.
Luckily I built a time machine, so that won't be happening for me... I'm just gonna take everyone I like, hop in, and do it all again!
